I’m sorry but none of these step help my ps4 I’ve had this ps4 for about 2 yrs and never experienced anything what I’m experiencing right now I would try to play cod Cold War and would let me join a game but as soon I join a game it would say Internet connection lost and kick me me out and say I have no internet connection than I would check the internet test and say everything is fine I also called my internet provider and it’s xfinity and they said that my modem and internet is working fine I really don’t know what to do and loading hope. I don’t want to end gaming
